When should I book my room?
We have a limited quantity of rooms reserved within our group rate based on our initial RSVPs. We suggest paying your deposit on your room asap to reserve your spot.
How much do I need to pay to reserve my room?
The room deposit is $150 per person on rooms with double occupancy or $200 for single occupancy. Once reserved you can always make changes to names, room category or other options but the deposit secures your spot at these rates!
Who should I contact with questions about my booking or the resort?
For any booking or hotel-related questions, please contact Envoyage directly—they’ll be your best resource and are available 24/7 to assist you.
Are kids welcome?
Yes! The resort offers a kids club with activities, so little ones can have fun while adults enjoy some time to relax. Kids also stay free with two adults in the room!
How do payments work?
Envoyage accepts all major credit cards. After your initial deposit, you can make payments over time at a pace that works best for you.
Final payments are due by February 12, 2028.
They also offer convenient financing options as well that you can explore.
Will there be events besides the wedding?
Yes! We’re planning multiple group events throughout the trip and would love for everyone to join in the full experience. Booking within our group helps the resort keep track of all guests attending these events.
What does the resort include?
This is an all-inclusive resort, which means your stay includes:
Food
Drinks
Alcohol
Resort amenities
Why are we booking so far in advance?
We secured our wedding early to lock in the best possible rates before prices increase closer to 2028—so you’re getting a better value by booking with our group!
Can I stay at a different resort?
We kindly ask that all guests stay at Moon Palace Ocho Rios. We will not be able to accommodate guests staying off-resort for wedding events.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, the resort requires a minimum stay of 3 nights for all guests.
Can I book my flights on my own?
Yes! You’re welcome to book your flights independently, or Envoyage can assist you with flights as well.
